What is Capital Island about?
In Capital Island lives the king of the island Roland and his daughter Princess Butter. Besides the king, who rules over the island and his princess, other people also reside in the island. They are Marlon, the king’s personal wizard, barney cull, the harbormaster and the caretaker of the gates, a royal messenger for the king Roland, Lyndsay, an explorer, and Elmira Clamp, a pig farmer, for whom players work as a pig herder at the start of the game.
Gameplay
After creating your Sim, players find themselves working for the pig farmer named Elmira clamp. She gives you specific tasks which need to be completed. Her pigs are Pigglez & Porkz.
The king’s royal messenger is the friend of the player. Once the player completes the tasks assigned, the royal messenger will ask you to play. He gives you royal invitations for the Wandolier contest and asks for your assistance. When you discover all of the eight invitations, Lyndsey comes and tells you that you should participate in the Wandolier contest.
Now arrives princess butter in the scene and predicts that the player will fail to win the contest. Players then hurry to the castle to take part in the competitors. Upon their arrival, king Roland announces the beginning of the contest and introduces every player to the wizard, Marlon, who then takes you to the Isle of magic. There, individual players are required to perform small tasks to prove whether or not they deserve to become a Wandolier. Some tasks included in the competition are finding chests of Mana. This chest contains a special essence needed to power wands. Ultimately, players win the game which obviously upsets princess butter.

Players get the option to choose a hero of their choice. It’s either Brody or Isla. Each has their own characteristics and skills and ready to help you win the game.

A major part of the gameplay involves selling items from door to door and making deals with the residents of the Capital Island. Some will buy, whereas some won’t. Some will offer you a deal instead.
Players need a notebook along with them. They must keep a track of their client’s requests. The notebook also contains a map of the island, which prevents players from getting lost.
