What are Langrisser I and II about?

Keep in mind that it is the unit commander who dictates the command range and the radius it will cover. If units battle in this range, then there will be an attack bonus as well as a defense bonus since you will be closer to your commanders.
Speaking of commanders, they will be able to come back to life by using a set of specific commands. Generally, the Heal Command is used for getting health as well as magic points back. But even if you use the heal Command, it will only give back 3 health-points. So the race to recover more points and fill the health bar is always on.
A commander’s troops recover by being positioned directly around the commander. Each will recover 3 HP at the start of a turn. Units work-based squarely on a great affinity system. So you need to keep in mind that Fliers are stronger than soldiers, but they are weaker than bowmen.
