After the fully launched game, it also has released two updating where one added numerous endings and the other added an extended campaign which occurs only after the actual game campaign. In the process of expansion, there is an unknown person who keeps on guiding the player position mentioning that they have failed to restore their memories.
What is the game about?
The game was started in the year 1988 which was a course of five nights and started on December 20 and concluded on Christmas. So the gamer gets up on the first night so that he can see his Christmas gift earliest. But now the game is all about the fresh fad toy which is currently called the purple Baby of Talking Tattletail. So after playing with the toy, the player again keep the toy in the box and headed back to the bed.
Now on the second night, the gamer again finds that the as it is Tattletail which is kept in the tumble dryer and there are no instructions how the toy came into the tumble dryer. Then the player boosts him up and again covers him back in the box and headed up to the bed.
Thus on the third night, the gamer finds the old baby nursery which is situated in the basement, wherein the corner they the gamer can see the Mama Tattletail with a cassette tape which can be played with the help of the toy. The tape also contains a few instructions for reading that the kids thought that Mama will not be able to reach them because he couldn’t relocate them, but Mama will find them.
Then the gamer tries to find the Tattletail who has already created a mess and thus so asks to take him to Mama. Then after reaching the location the player finds that Mama has already disappeared. Then the Mama Tattletail tries to attack the player when the player tries to clean the Tattletail.
During the fourth night after a long session of hiding and seek with the Tattletail the gamer gets to know about the VHS tape which features many changeable cameras where it looks like all the footage of Tattletail. But later the camera occurs red and the flash changes from blue light to green and all the absurd things go disappear.
But on Christmas Eve the Tattletail tries to invite the gamer to join the basement occasion where yellow and blue Tattletail arrives who often called the Dewdrop and Butternut. Thus, after the player reaches on them the Tattletail to get some supplies. Thus after reaching the climax the tape started to levitate and the player gets the chance to destroy it. After that, it concludes and the player again goes back to bed.

So basically the game is all about the five nights which end up to Christmas and the gamer will should get busy while grooming the Tattletail to complete all the levels of each night. While completing all the tasks the player must avoid Mama for any other mess.
Then the player sees a flashlight to direct the darkness but the Mama Tattletail has the power to kill the flashlight when it is pointed to him. For this reason, baby Tattletail is somewhat afraid of the situation and creates a necessity of recharging the flashlight quickly.
During the game, a bunch of Gift Eggs is laid by Tattletail all over the house. Collecting all the eggs will boost the player to gain a good ending for the game.
