What is the game about?
Tower Fortress is exactly what the title says. There’s a tower that has started emitting noxious fumes, and this is making people sick. Your job is to get inside that fortress and clear it out. The game might seem simple in the beginning, but it isn’t that easy. The enemies know how to trick you and to make matters worse; you only get a little amount of health in every run. Tower Fortress isn’t the game for you if you like instructions. In here, there’s no one hand holding you through the controls or anything. It just drops you in the middle and gives you buttons to press. After that, you have to figure everything out. In a way, it’s refreshing to try to figure it all out. But it can be frustrating too. In this roguelike game, you will be going through a vertical tower trying to shoot anything that moves. And you will also be collecting coins throughout your run. Afterwards, you can spend these on power suits which will give you different abilities.

Know that there are chests scattered throughout the tower that will give you gun upgrades. However, know that they are limited for a certain time only. With the help of these upgrades, you will be able to shoot lasers or bubbles that can damage the enemy severely, albeit in different ways. Also, know that there are 20 upgrade abilities at the end of every level.

If you kill a certain number of villains then you will get a key. When you get to the very end of the level, then you will be able to use it to get to another level.
- Randomized
A game that’s set in a vertical tower can start to feel stale fast. But the developers have avoided this by randomizing the replay game. This means that every run will be different. As such, nothing will feel like trodden ground.
